Bank Account Verification

Buyer's bank account is verified via penny-drop (₹1 test deposit + reversal). This ensures payments originate from a legitimate account.

Physical Address Verification

Our field agents visit the buyer's registered business address before approving the account. This eliminates ghost buyers and shell companies.

Performance Bond & Rating

All buyers maintain a 90-day performance bond. Any buyer who fails to fund escrow, fails quality disputes repeatedly, or receives low farmer ratings is suspended automatically.

How do I know if a buyer is verified?

All verified buyers show a green 'Verified Buyer' badge on their profile. You can also view their rating, transaction history, and response time before accepting any bid.

What happens if a buyer is fraudulent?

KrishiPulse guarantees your payment from its own funds if a verified buyer defaults. We pursue recovery from the buyer independently.

Can I block a buyer?

Yes. You can block any buyer from bidding on your future listings from your account settings.
