Welcome to KrishiPulse. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website krishipulse.com, our mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Who We Are

The Platform is owned and operated by Gleara Product Inc., a sole proprietorship concern registered in Karnataka, India (Proprietor: Kiran Murthy) ("Gleara", "KrishiPulse", "we", "us", "our"). All communication should be addressed to support@krishipulse.com.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By registering, you represent that all information you provide (including KYC details, land records such as RTC documents, and bank details) is true, accurate, and belongs to you.

3. The Services

KrishiPulse provides: (a) AI-assisted crop planning and advisory; (b) crop disease detection; (c) IoT-based farm monitoring; (d) live mandi price information; (e) a farmland and produce marketplace with live auctions connecting farmers and verified buyers; (f) government scheme information; and (g) related agricultural intelligence tools. Certain features require a paid subscription as described on our Pricing page.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, brand names, crop guides, disease libraries, software, source code, databases, page designs, and AI-generated insights — is the original work of and owned by Gleara Product Inc., protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable Indian intellectual property laws. The compilation, selection, and arrangement of market data constitutes an original database protected under Section 2(o) of the Copyright Act, 1957.

"KrishiPulse", the KrishiPulse logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Gleara Product Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without prior written permission.

You may not reproduce, scrape, crawl, copy, frame, mirror, republish, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a price screenshot with attribution) is permitted.

5. Third-Party and Government Data

Mandi prices and government scheme information displayed on the Platform are sourced from publicly available Government of India sources including AGMARKNET and eNAM. We do not claim copyright over the underlying government data or facts; our protection extends to our original expression, presentation, compilation, and analysis. Government data is provided "as is" — verify critical figures with official sources before making financial decisions.

6. Marketplace, Auctions, and Payments

(a) KrishiPulse acts as an intermediary platform connecting farmers and buyers; we are not a party to the underlying sale contract between users.
(b) Buyers and sellers must complete verification/KYC before transacting.
(c) Where escrow-backed settlement is offered, funds are processed through RBI-regulated payment partners; settlement timelines (e.g., T+1) are indicative and subject to banking processes.
(d) Platform fees, commissions, and subscription charges are as published on the Pricing page and may be revised with notice.
(e) Disputes between buyers and sellers are handled under our Dispute Resolution process; we may withhold disputed escrow amounts pending resolution.

7. AI Advisory Disclaimer

Crop recommendations, disease detection results, weather intelligence, and yield or price predictions are generated by AI models and are provided for informational purposes only. Agriculture involves inherent natural risks. We do not guarantee outcomes, yields, prices, or income. You remain solely responsible for farming and selling decisions. Always consult local agricultural officers or experts for critical decisions.

8. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, listings, documents) and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process it to operate the Platform. You agree not to: post false listings or forged documents; manipulate auctions; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to breach Platform security; or use bots/scrapers on the Platform.

9. Copyright / IP Complaints

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other rights, write to our Grievance Officer (Section 12) with: (a) identification of the work claimed to be infringed; (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (c) proof of your ownership; and (d) your contact details and a signed declaration of good faith. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and act in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gleara Product Inc. and its proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of profits, crop losses, or trading losses arising from use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit fraudulent documents, or misuse the marketplace. You may close your account at any time by writing to support@krishipulse.com.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 24 days, in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified on the Platform or by email.
