What Data We Collect

Identity: name, Aadhaar reference (masked), mobile number, selfie. Financial: bank account number, UPI ID. Farm: location, crop types, listing photos. Usage: app activity, search queries, auction participation.

How We Use Your Data

To operate the platform (auctions, payments, KYC). To improve AI recommendations (crop planning, pricing). To send you relevant price alerts and scheme notifications. We never sell your data to advertisers or third parties.

Data Sharing

We share minimum necessary data with: payment processors (bank details for settlement), GST verifiers (GSTIN), and government integrations (if you opt in to PM-KISAN, PMFBY links). We do not share your data with buyers beyond what's needed to complete a transaction.

Your Rights

You can: download all your data (DPDP Act 2023), correct inaccurate data, delete your account and all associated data (within 30 days), opt out of marketing communications at any time, and withdraw consent for government scheme integrations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my Aadhaar number stored?
No. We use Aadhaar OTP for verification and store only a masked reference token as required by UIDAI guidelines.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All personal data is purged within 30 days. Transaction records required for GST compliance are retained for 7 years in anonymised form.
