1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on KrishiPulse, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

KrishiPulse is a platform that helps Indian farmers plan crops, monitor fields, and sell produce via a live auction marketplace to verified buyers. The platform also provides advisory tools (KrishiAI), IoT sensor support, weather forecasts, and financial tools such as GST invoicing and T+1 settlements.

3. Eligibility and Account

You must be 18 years or older to use KrishiPulse.
You must provide accurate phone number, farm details (for farmers), or business identity (for buyers).
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We will never ask for your OTP over phone or email.

4. Auction Rules and Obligations

Farmers must list produce that exists, accurately graded. Misrepresentation is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of escrow.
Buyers are bound to honour their winning bid. Failure to pay within 24 hours of auction close results in penalty fees and possible account suspension.
Anti-sniping: bids placed in the last 60 seconds extend the auction by 2 minutes. This is final.
Reserve prices are not disclosed. If reserve is not met, the auction concludes without a sale.

5. Payment Terms and Escrow

All auction payments flow through Razorpay-managed escrow. Buyer pays at win; funds release to farmer 24 hours after confirmed delivery.
KrishiPulse retains a 2% platform commission on each sale, deducted at settlement.
GST (18%) is applied to platform commission only — not to the crop sale price.
Settlements are T+1 (next business day after delivery confirmation) via RazorpayX UPI or bank transfer.

6. Prohibited Activities

No bidding rings, no fake accounts, no automated bots without prior written approval.
No listing of crops that violate Indian law (e.g., narcotic plants, banned varieties).
No abusive, defamatory, or harassing behaviour towards other users or our team.
No attempts to circumvent platform escrow or commission (off-platform settlement after KrishiPulse-facilitated contact is a breach).

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, KrishiAI models, branding, and platform code are property of KrishiPulse Technologies Pvt Ltd. You retain ownership of your own farm data and produce listings. You grant KrishiPulse a limited licence to display your listings on the platform for the purpose of selling them.

8. Limitation of Liability

KrishiPulse is a marketplace and advisory platform. We are not liable for: crop failure due to weather or external causes, buyer-farmer disputes outside platform-mediated processes, third-party logistics damage, or actions of payment partners beyond our control. Our maximum aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees paid by you during that period.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through KrishiPulse's internal grievance mechanism (see Privacy Policy). Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Mysore, Karnataka. Subject to arbitration, the courts of Mysore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via SMS or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
